Map & practical information

• Access:

The JED2022 will take place at the Building 2A of the University Rennes 1, Beaulieu campus. The presentations will be held in Amphitheatres A, B, C, and D while the poster session will be in the hall, all accessible to disabled guests.

•  Access to the campus:  Université de Rennes 1 (263 Avenue Général Leclerc) - Campus de Beaulieu, 35042 RENNES Cedex

 -By car :  On the Beaulieu campus, there are many car parks available. We recommend that you park in car parks P1, P2 or P3 (see map below) located near Building 2A.

 -By public transport: Take Bus C4, C6, 40, 41, 67, 32 to bus station Tournebride which is in front of the reception building. 

•  Access to the building:

Access to Building 2A (where the lecture halls and the hall of posters are located) is through the first floor of the reception building (Building 1A, see map below) 

• Practical information: 

Meals and coffee breaks, paid for by the doctoral school, will take place in the hall of building 2A.

The registration and abstract submission will be open from 20/04/2022 to 10/05/2022. Inscription and abstract submission correspond respectively to two different steps, make sure to complete both when relevant.

Transportation fees will be covered by the ED, further information will be provided after the registration period.
